     Imagine turning these oversized, bursting with collage and creativity, absolutely beautiful pages in real life. Sara Cwynar describes her experimental zine, Simulated Landscapes, as:
A visual exploration of Jean Baudrillard’s idea that we live more in media simulations of reality than in reality itself.
     And it’s interesting that she brings that up. I was immediately impressed by it when I saw it on my computer screen, presented in her online portfolio— but I bet it’s even better to behold and experience close up. She’s posed a really good question about how technology and art affect each other, and she’s given us something beautiful to look at while we mull it over.
